Includes design of your ad and the high resolution JPG file of your ad to use outside of The ENVOY Guide. You will receive at least one draft mockup for your approval and any edits prior to publishing.

Advertiser/Client, hereinafter known as 'Advertiser', enters into the following agreement with Red Angle Media, LLC, publisher of The ENVOY Guide, hereinafter known as 'Publisher'. Advertiser agrees to the terms below per The ENVOY Guide Advertising Rate Card, and as follows: All ads must be PAID IN FULL prior to any advertising or photography services are provided. Advertiser is responsible for proofing and approving any ad design and copy prior to publication, whether or not ad is designed by the Publisher, or submitted by the Advertiser. Publisher assumes no responsibility and is not liable for errors in ads provided by Advertiser. Publisher is not liable for any errors in Publisher-designed ads for more than the cost of the advertisement. Ads provided by Advertiser are accepted with the understanding that all liability for copyright violations is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser. If Advertiser fails to submit or use the number of ads scheduled and paid for, during the contract term, Advertiser will not be subject to a refund. Advertiser may not cancel this Agreement after payment is received, and Advertiser will not be subject to a refund for any published or unpublished ads. Advertiser assumes responsibility for usage of any photos, illustrations, logos, and/or graphics submitted by Advertiser and included in ads. Publisher is not subject to ownership of advertiser's photos, illustrations, logos, and/or graphics, unless said elements are created and provided by Publisher. Paid advertisements and listings are only for the issue(s) in which Advertiser has paid for. Any photos and/or pre-designed ads submitted by advertiser must meet Publisher's size and resolution requirements. Publisher is not responsible for the published appearance of images, ads, photos, illustrations, graphics, and/or logos submitted by Advertiser that do not meet Publisher's size and/or resolution requirements. Publisher has the right to refuse publishing of any photos, graphics, or advertisements that do not meet Publisher's resolution and/or design standards.
